The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website

Automatic registration systems shall be regarded as proof of the nature and content of the order. Japanese Clothing confirms acceptance of the order to the client at the e-mail address provided by the client. The sale will be concluded as of the validation by Japanese Clothing of the payment of the order, i.e., as of the date of validation of payment for orders paid online by credit card or as of the date of receipt of payment by check. Japanese Clothing reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a client with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.

As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability indicated at the time the client consults the site remains dependent on the state of stock at Japanese Clothing and, of course, at the suppliers.

In order to create our showcase and sales catalogue, we work with databases, enriched according to the information provided by our suppliers. Since this database contains more than a hundred articles, not all of them are stored in our reserves, and our offer is therefore subject to the availability of the articles at the suppliers.

Only the definitive rupture of an article at our suppliers leads to the deletion of this one from our offer of sale. In the other cases, a new order within a certain time remains possible.

When there is an unavailability on a product ordered, the customer is informed by e-mail or on the invoice of the products shipped in the case of an order of several articles.

Deadline for delivery of the order: when the order is placed and on the acknowledgement of receipt of the order, a delivery deadline is communicated to customers. It is calculated by adding the longest product availability time to the delivery time of the mode of transport selected by the customer.
From the time the order is placed to the time it is dispatched, the customer has the possibility of cancelling the order.

Particularities :

Articles in pre-order: articles to be published are proposed on the site in Pre-order. This reservation is made with the indication of a release date announced by the publisher at the opening of the reservation phase. This release date can be changed at any time by the publisher who is solely responsible for the marketing of his product.

In all cases, Japanese Clothing will make every effort, from the date of the final sale, to ship items to customers who have reserved, up to the amount of stock provided by the publisher for the release date.

The prices indicated in USD are deemed to be net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the price of the products, handling, packaging and conservation of the products. They can be modified at any time without prior notice, knowing that the articles will be invoiced on the basis in force at the time the order is recorded. All orders are invoiced in USD and payable in USD. Any customs charges or local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.

ARTICLE 4.1: Sizes 

As an Asian apparel retailer, our company sells clothing products in different sizes with a size chart that can differ from other region sizes. Our company thus informs our customers that sizes are labeled using our supplier-dedicated size chart which is available in each product description. For shoes, our sizes refer to US men’s or average EU sizes.

Shipping costs include a contribution to the costs of preparation, packaging and postage. Remember to group all your articles on a single order. We will not be able to group two distinct orders and the shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

– By credit card or private card (Visa card, Eurocard/Mastercard) or directly on the site, in the payment form proposed during the ordering process (entry secured by SSL encryption), by entering the type of card, the number of your card without spaces between the numbers, the control number (located on the back of your card) and the validity date.

The payment can be made on the secure bank servers of our partners. This implies that no banking information concerning you transits via the website.

Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will be recorded and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.

We deliver to your home or to a relay point. The delivery time includes the preparation time of the parcel plus the delivery time. Japanese Clothing delivers worldwide. The buyer is notified by email of the different stages of order tracking: preparation and delivery.

The delivery time includes the preparation time and delivery by our carrier. The announced delivery time of 90 workings days maximum is valid from the reception by the buyer of the mail of the delivery of the order. Orders exceeding 90 working days without delivery are eligible for a refund.


All orders placed at are subject to 24 hours (business days only) of minimum delay before their processing to allow customers to edit or cancel their purchase without extra fees. After 24 hours (business days only), orders become “in processing” and parcels are commonly shipped under 3-5 business days.

Processing step completed, orders become “fulfilled” and the shipping process begins. Parcels tracking numbers are transferred to their purchaser by our system to the email address indicated on the invoice. Orders who have reach the “fulfilled” step cannot be cancelled anymore by the customers.

Forced order cancellations are only available by contacting the customer service at After reaching agreement from both sides, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total order (shipping fees excluded) will be added to the contract of sale and a refund of 60% of the total order (shipping fees excluded) will be transferred on the credit card account registered by default on the original contract of sale.



The items provided by are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the referenced publishers and suppliers.

If the customer wants to return his order, he/she must return the new and unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation and with the corresponding invoice at the exact address featuring on the parcel slip, written in the same language than the original. Orders with several parcels must be send back to each supplier individually.

If it happened that an article is defective or not in conformity, the purchaser has 15 working days, as from the reception of the articles, to ask for an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen (15) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or day off, it is extended to the next business day. The customer must send proof of the defect(s) to (description and photos attached) before engaging any return procedure.

In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, Japanese Clothing is required to reimburse the sums paid by the client, without charge, except for the return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

Shipping fees for return procedures remain at the cost of the customers.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted, whatever the reason.

Reasons not eligible for a refund:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Unsuccessful deliveries due to:
      • Wrong shipping address mentioned on the contract of sale
      • Issues with local postal services
      • Mailbox not found
      • return-to-sender package



In case the product received by the customer doesn’t comply with the original depiction of the item displayed on our store (including products with the wrong design, pattern, sizes, display, accessories), customer is requested to ship back the wrong product to our warehouse at our costs. To engage a return process, customer has to contact us directly to our email address and will be provided with the next instructions to send back the wrong product.

Once the product shipped back and retrieved by our company, customer can ask for a full refund of its order or to get shipped the right product in compensation.

The transfer of ownership of the products to the purchaser will only take place after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of the said products. On the other hand, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will be carried out only after delivery and reception of the said products by the purchaser.

Japanese Clothing is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases that make up this site. By accessing this site, the client acknowledges that the data it contains is legally protected, and agrees not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent or retain, directly or indirectly, on any type of medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the databases appearing on the site to which he or she accesses.

The descriptions of the products present in the databases of have been entered according to the information communicated by the publishers. Japanese Clothing is not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable to the purchaser. Japanese Clothing cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).

The products offered comply with Hong Kong law in force. Japanese Clothing declines all responsibility if the delivered item does not comply with the law.
